Mandy Pitcher is the heart behind Talk HR Solutions. With a career spanning over two decades in HR, change leadership, and consultancy, Mandy has supported professionals and businesses across a wide range of industries — from pharmaceuticals to SMEs.
Since launching her own consultancy in 2005, she has dedicated herself to mentoring and empowering HR professionals. Mandy understands that the key to success isn’t just technical knowledge — it’s mindset, confidence, and the ability to lead with authenticity.
